Wilsonart ® Gibraltar® Solid Surface 10
Year Installed, Transferable Residential Limited
Warranty
Wilsonart International
Inc. warrants to the original consumer purchaser
in the U.S. and Canada that, its product Wilsonart
® Gibraltar® Solid Surface, including
Wilsonart ® undermount sinks if applicable,
when installed by a Certified Gibraltar® Fabricator,
shall be free from defects in material, workmanship,
fabrication and installation under normal use
and service, for ten (10) years from the date
of sale to the original consumer purchaser. Wilsonart
International shall repair or replace any part
of the product which is affected, at its discretion,
free of charge to the original consumer purchaser.
This warranty shall not apply to damage arising
from any of the following:
1. Accidents,
abuse or misuse
2. Exposure to extreme heat
3. Improper maintenance, including improper
grout or caulk
4. Alteration or repair by one other than
a Certified Gibraltar® Solid Surface Fabricator
This warranty applies
only to installations in which the Wilsonart ®
Gibraltar® Solid Surface productis affixed
to the location (e.g., kitchen and bath countertops,
vanity tops). This warranty extends to the original
consumer purchaser and may be transferred to the
new consumer purchaser of the location, provided
Wilsonart is notified of the transfer and the
new purchaser provides proof of purchase. The
transferred warranty shall only extend for the
remaining period of the original ten-year period.
NO OTHER WARRANTIES,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE MADE, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. UNDER NO
CIRCUMSTANSES SHALL WILSONART INTERNATIONAL BE
LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM THE
PURCHASE, USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT,
OR FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES.

This warranty gives
you specific legal rights, and you may also have
other rights, which may vary from state to state.
Some states do not allos the exclusion or limitations
of implied warranties or of incidental or consequential
damages, so the above limitations off implied
warranties or of incidental or consequential damages,
so the above limitations or exclusion may not
apply to you. Return of owner registration card
is no a condition precedent to warranty coverage.
However, evidence of purchase date is required
for coverage. A warranty registration card can
be obtained by notifying the manufacturer at the
address listed above. No fabricator, installer,
dealer, agent or employee of Wilsonart International
has the authority to increase or alter the obligations
or limitations of this warranty.
